- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Team player
- Typing skills (successful candidates will be required to work on various internal computer systems)
- Strong phone skills (majority of the job is conducted on the phone - inbound calls)
- Ability to work flexible hours (hours of operation Monday to Friday 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
